so i slept hard on one of the dopest groups i have heard in a long time. common market. common market consists of sabzi (producer) and ra scion (emcee). fresh beats with nice samples, great lyrics and flow. “dope beats and dope rhymes, what more do y’all want?” (c) phonte. their album came out in 06 and wow, i can’t believe i just discovered them. copped yesterday and has been on play since.
so i discovered a gem. if you guys listened to that lupe track feat. verbal and sarah green called “can you let me know” (link below) you all know it’s a dope track. well for people that wondered where it was from, it was on dj deckstream’s album soundtracks which i believe, is only available in japan. dude is a dope producer and i am really really feelin’ this album, very fresh. here are some tracks from the album…
